Write for us
We welcome thoughtful pitches that help readers understand home ownership without promising a universal answer to a property-specific question. Send proposals through the Contact page; a concise outline is enough to begin.
What makes a strong pitch
A good pitch identifies one clear reader question, explains why it matters and sketches the distinction or decision the article will clarify. We are interested in household records, ownership responsibilities, maintenance planning, shared routines and the organisation of home projects. Proposals should be useful beyond a single address and careful about local variation.
A careful scope
Contributions should not instruct readers to carry out hazardous work, diagnose a building defect or make legal, tax or financial decisions. If an issue needs an inspection, qualified trade or local authority check, the article should say so plainly and keep its own advice within safe general information.
How to propose a piece
Use the Contact page to send a working title, a short summary, the intended reader and any relevant experience or sources you would draw on. Do not send confidential property records or personal information. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
